December 3rd excerpt:
For a moment, Logan thought Dean had shoved him into the exhaust pipe, a dark metal corridor that he wanted no part in. He could only imagine toxic smoke belching forth out of the dark to smother him. However, when he jolted to his feet and checked his hands, there was no grimy residue, only some dust. His frown deepened as he tried to figure out what the opening was even for.
“Are you kidding me? What if there is something that bites me all to shit?!” he called down.
“Just kick it!” came Dean’s not-so-helpful advice. “You’ve got boots, put ‘em to use!”
A chance meeting between Dragon!Dean and Giant!Jacob
Poor Dean thought he was pretty big and strong at 51 feet tall… till

So get this, Sam and Dean are communicating by morse while interviewing a vic, but what they don’t know is that the vic knows morse code. The vic notices the actual fuck?! Who is he even talking to?? Are all FBIs like this? I guess I really am loosing it. Bonus question- are there any other characters who know morse code? Again, your stories are amazing and thank you so much for sharing them with all us :3
Could you imagine seeing someone just tapping out a conversation? With no one? Who’s that guy talking to, is this just a nervous habit? Then realizing that someone else might actually be tapping back… There’s more to this guy than meets the eye.
There actually is one other character who knows Morse (without learning it within the story context, which a few likely will!). John Watson knows it from his time serving, and used it a few times on cases during his time with Sherlock. How he puts this skill to use with the tiny bros remains to be seen!
December 2nd excerpt:
Logan had no idea what was to come. Uncertainty was unsettling, and nerves only begot more griping. “What are you expecting me to help with? Can’t really do an oil change like this.”
“Trust me, the day I need help doing an oil change is the day I don’t deserve the car,” Dean muttered as he repositioned himself underneath the entrance to the panic room tunnel.
What would spritly Sam’s and Walt’s first meeting be like? Or any other borrower?
Spritely Sam would be fascinated to hear about the borrowers!
People just like him that live close to the humans? It’s like wraith sprites, only these would be his people without the quills! Sam would have so many questions– How do they survive, where do they get the supplies from, how have they gone unnoticed for this long???
Walt would be scratching his head, especially when he finds out that this kid grew up in the sunlight, out in the forest. It sounds so unprotected! So… open. His back itches to think about no ceiling over his head.
Also, Sam would have terrible nightvision, so he’d end up quite lost in the walls if Walt was showing him around.
December 1st excerpt:
Dean hesitated when he heard the small voice cut across the quiet morning air.
Logan.
He’d become so tied up in his repairs, he’d forgotten all about the other hunter. A smile quirked at the edge of his lips as a thought occurred to him.
Logan probably wouldn’t like it.
