It’s such an adorable idea! @wolfie180g actually did a picture along these lines, where they played with the perspective on a camera to make it seem as though Sam was the large one and Dean was the small one (pic 1 pic 2).

Dean might have to do some making up of his own after all his pranks on Sam XD These two get up to such shenanigans.
