So this isn’t an ask, but I currently work at a hotel at the front desk. People come to us all the time to ask for lost items. We’ve noticed a trend. If the object is lost outside (sidewalk, pool, etc.), it’s always able to be found and given back to the guest. HOWEVER, if it’s inside, it’s lost for good.
