Are there stories of yours where the main group witnesses a smol being killed by a human, either intentionally or accidentally? 

We don’t have any on-screen death of smols when it comes to being accidentally killed by a tol, no. 

There are stories that do go into the possible dangers of living near humans, so there is a death by crushing that spurs the story in Garlic and Cold Spots, a Brothers Adopted story. 

Another accidental death occurs in Brothers Lost, where Melanie’s friend dies in a bathtub full of water. You can find this in The Water’s Fine.

We rarely write out on-screen deaths, with a few select exceptions.
