Random idea I can’t stop thinking about: Sherlock is working with his microscope when Dean falls/gets knocked off the table. Sherlock manages to catch and put him back on the table, with out ever looking up from his work. Sherlock explains the complexities of how he managed to catch Dean, and continues working. This idea just popped into my head.

If there’s anyone that can give Dean a run for his money in lectures, it would be Sherlock! His smol needs to be more careful while he’s on the table, that’s high up!

June 22nd excerpt:

Sherlock’s brow furrowed and he exchanged a meaningful look with John, who sank into a chair again in preparation for a long talk. The detective moved his microscope from in front of him to his work table so he could lean forward and keep eye contact with Dean unobstructed.

“John.”

“Yeah?” John glanced over his shoulder.

“If I start talking, shut me up.”
