Seeing your updates and excerpts makes me smile. I am also enjoying a little game of “what story is this/do I recall this scene” as your redux excerpts post.

It’s fun! I like seeing how things played out last year when I go through them again. It brings back great memories, and some of the stories have been posted, but then others are still in the queue for future posting.

(Considering how long the horror story is, that could be some time from now)

Wait, nobody’s guessed BD yet? I thought you already revealed it. Or am I mistaken? Isn’t it an AU where they got captured, sold over to England, escape, and then grow up in England? And it’s a story that focuses on their growing up, and at some point they meet young Stan (who is super adorable and maybe he also got shrunk but that’s more of a guess based on that ‘Stan is a kitten’ picture.)

Yup, no one has guessed BD yet!

You’ve got most of the basics of the AU there, but there’s one big glaring detail missing that ties into its entire storyline, so we can’t reveal it just yet.

So we’ve got:

  • Captured, sent to England
  • Focuses on growing up
  • Eventually meet Stan

Stan is not shrunk in this one, he is just a regular kid (a year older than Dean). The ‘Stan is a kitten’ picture actually is just from some random ramblings we were coming up with one day that resulted in that, and the borrower Stan pictures are not related to this AU at all. That is an entire separate entity on its own.

Someone actually guessed it, so stay tuned for the reveal shortly!

That sounds like a fun dream XD Sadly for Stan, his name is not in the actual title of the story (It’s a really odd one, but for a reason). BC might end up having odd names like that at points, because the format of the storytelling is closer to Sherlock style at points than to Supernatural. Expect longer stories and shorter seasons, but with a lot of little things to fill out the details between them.

Stan will definitely make quite an impression in that one!

This one is unfortunately unavoidable, as we heard the line and it was perfect for a giant story. Dean is so done after hearing they’re hunting an honest-to-God giant in the forest. So done.

Then they discover the footsteps when they’re hiking deeper (or Dean trips into one, I’m not 100% sure with my bad memory), and this giant thing is a whole lot likelier.
