It is definitely the longest story we’ve written, with the closest second place story lagging behind by around 20 chapters right now!
Jacob in Wonderland will be over 70 chapters long, and we won’t have a more exact estimate because the chapters might be adjusted as needed.

Dean sees Jacob very different than Jacob sees him in turn most of the time.
This Dean has been hunting alone for a very long time, and certainly wanted to help Jacob when he found him. That much loneliness means Jacob is also one of Dean’s very few friends, and the closest one he has. He wants to do right by the kid.
IT’S WORKING OUT SO WELL FOR HIM.
Dean: "This is Dad’s single most valuable possession—everything he knows about every evil thing is in here. And he’s passed it on to us. I think he wants us to pick up where he left off. You know, saving people, hunting things. The family business.”
September 6th excerpt:
“Don’t forget the sugar this time!” Sam called as Dean set up the coffee maker and got it started. He got another annoyed glance, but only moments later, the container of sugars and creamers was set down next to him.
“For you to ruin your coffee with again,” Dean muttered as he finally took a seat close to Sam, still on edge.
“It’s not like we’re sharing,” Sam said, letting Dean’s annoyed manner slide right off him. He doubted Jacob (or anyone else, really) was ready to deal with Dean in this mood, leaving Sam the only one who could handle the older hunter.

Did you know that you and Dean-O are the first humans in over a generation to actually manage to befriend little guys like Sam and Bowman? I mean, sure. Dean had a bit of a leg up there with Sam actually being his brother, but there have been other families in the past split by size like that and they never bothered with each other again.
Of course your life is a game. Everyone’s life is a game. And the name of the game?
Survival.

Extra tiny, and extra slender! He’s got a lot less heft to him compared to a lego man! Lil guy needs big friends to keep him out of trouble.

You see it as pointless, I see is as not?
I mean, it is my AUs and stories. I could just go ahead and post what I want, when I want to. We decided to randomize what posts next by opening it up for a vote, the reason we don’t list the AUs by the story names is because we don’t want any stories completely ignored in favor of others. I still have to occasionally put up a story regardless of the vote so it doesn’t fall by the wayside, but it’s better than just a string of Brothers Lost or Brothers Asunder posting without the others having a chance. And we all love Brothers Apart, but since I write most of it alone, there’s far fewer stories for it.
Plus, I do give people plenty of help deciding what to post. If you go to the Sneak Peeks link at the top of the tumblr (found here on mobile), there are actually the story titles listed in the peeks for everyone to browse, with one or two exceptions (because I have a full time job, and occasionally some things get overlooked).
TL;DR:
These stories are mine and will be posted how I decide, the poll is a fun way to involve our readers and randomize the AUs at the same time. Deal with it.

Dean immediately dropped down, pawing through the condiments in the kitchenette on a single-minded quest. “Is there any coffee? I haven’t had a drop since we started out, and I gotta tell ya, driving through the night is not my favorite way to spend time.”
“You do it all the time,” Sam said, faintly scolding his older brother.
Dean glanced up briefly, scowling at Sam. “You know, I could just hoard the coffee for myself,” he complained.
“Sure Dean, whatever you say.”
