Haa, poor Jacob! He has such bad first impressions! Let’s see…

In Bowman of Wellwood, Bowman doesn’t have a knife to stab him with but he certainly does his best and bites Jacob…

We all know just how good Jacob does with Sam and Dean in Brothers Lost… Both brothers score a hit on him with their knives.

Sam was a little stressed in Brothers Found XD Yet another knife attack.

We gave Sam a sword in Brothers Asunder, so that bodes ill for our teddy tol.

Well, gee. Forget the sword. Sam and Dean are armed to the teeth in the giant story. Jacob, you better watch your back out there.

Maybe Brothers Unexpected! Sam’s only ten and Jacob is only four-going-on-five! He has hope XD

July 27th excerpt:

Slowly, a shuddering rumble through the house pulled Bobby from his unsettled dreams and he woke with a gasp. Hunter instincts yanked him to full waking in seconds, the gun under his pillow in his hands and pointing at nothing before his eyes were fully open.

There was nothing there, and Bobby grumbled to himself as he shoved the gun back into hiding. Then, he realized what had woken him, as another shudder rocked the house. It wasn’t enough to knock the photos from his shelves, but it made itself known like a small-scale earthquake.

You would think with one main story and six AUs of it we’d have plenty to keep us busy, but instead here I am musing and trying to name a seventh one because I’m a masochist and clearly the world needs more BA.

Adult Oscar at his tallest is only three and a quarter inches tall. He really wanted to reach three and a half (is that so much to ask?), but he didn’t quite make it, the poor little guy!

Putting that in human scale, he’d be just over five feet and one inch. Such a little guy, he’d be a foot shorter than Dean! Sam can basically use him as an armrest.

July 25th excerpt: 

“Dean was born in trouble,” Sam mumbled absently, flipping a page in the book. He distantly hoped that Bobby had found more information than they had. Aside from the “fee, fie, fo, fum” stories that littered the world, there wasn’t much lore to go on. Bobby had books that reached back to ancient times, and Sam was banking on there being information in there.

Just to let everyone know, we’ve certainly never forgotten about the young canon Winchester bros + kiddo Oscar! From time to time we throw story ideas around and this is one of our favorite ones so far! Once we get enough ideas going, I’m sure it’ll become a full-fledged story like so many before it :3

Tiny Oscar and young Sam Winchester are too much cute to contain! Dean will have to keep a stern eye on this pair, if only to keep Sam from feeding Oscar candy constantly.

Shrunken Jacob has super strength! All of the littles in the Brothers Apart related AUs have greater proportional strength than a human; this is why Sam and Dean in Brothers Lost can haul each other around like kittens. Jacob, however, has even more strength than that. It helps a ton that he can carry supplies that the others would have to leave. He can also open Tupperwares when they go to raid the kitchen, leaving a wider variety of food available for his family.
