Anything can happen in the future, and I know for sure that all three boys miss each other! It was a startling break that they didn’t see coming, and Oscar might be shy at first when he sees how much they’ve changed (and grown, Dean did you really need to get taller), but I think he’d warm back up to them.
“Sorry, guys,” was their only warning before Jacob’s fingers curled inwards, ushering Dean back towards his palm. He scooped them both up in his hand and tucked that hand close to his chest where he could defend them.
In and out. Four inch tall Sam Winchester’s family needs food and all he found is a cracker in a room with a human. How hard can it be to grab it before he’s seen and vanish back into the walls?
Featuring the first part of the Brothers Found series!
So, for all those paying attention, that means that Family Ties is the first part of Brothers Adopted and the others… will be discovered when they’re lucky enough to get voted in!
This story was written before we did story excerpts, so sadly there are no excerpts to tantalize. Check out the sneak peeks above and prepare for the fun!
Sam and Dean didn’t think to tell them where they were going, so at first they might think the boys just went a little farther out in the motel to search for supplies. Eventually, they’ll realize they aren’t coming back, and they’ll go to Dean’s home to search. When they find it abandoned, they’ll be forced to think that the boys were kidnapped or taken away, just like Bree was.
One way or the other, Sam and Dean will have a lot of explaining to do when/if they get back there.
Walt Watch. Our favorite borrower dad to watch as he yells and scolds hunters and humans. Did you know originally he was killed in the first story of BA?
You weren’t the only ones caught off guard by his return! A review on fanfiction.net made me realize that no. He never was mentioned to be dead like Mallory was in the first story. I combed the pages, discovered he was still alive, and an entire story bloomed with him. He’s received more character development than I ever expected my smol borrower dad to receive, and I love him.
“Oh, that’s cute,” Sam sassed right back, practically spitting on the offer in the hopes it would push the other man into leaving. “You think I’m out here all by myself. Only fools would come on a hunt like this on their own.”
Right on cue, Dean strolled out of the shadow of the trees, his sawed-off shotgun hanging casually from one hand while the other was draped over his duffel bag. “Hey there, Sammy,” he drawled, “this guy givin’ you some trouble?”
