@nightmares06, @neonthebright and @borrowedtimeandspace will be fielding any questions you have for us until Saturday night! Feel free to ask whatever’s on your mind, and we’ll answer (at our discretion, nothing inappropriate), starting now and running through midnight on Sunday!

Join us in the Brothers Apart discord chatroom if you want to chat about the stories or ask any questions there!

You can chat, discuss the stories with all the writers, ask us whatever you come up with, and there might always be a few people interested in rp’ing, so feel free to drop in and have some fun!

Everything in the chatroom will be public, and may be shared on the BA tumblr at any time, and depending on how the weekend goes, we may leave the chatroom open after the weekend concludes! Let us know what you think of the time/place, and if you have any questions or concerns, drop us a line.

A month has passed since Sam was cursed, and there’s no cure in sight. He and Dean are left on their own during one of John’s hunts to go to school and do their best to get by. After all this time, Sam’s no more used to being small than he was before, and when Dean catches an unexpected visitor he gets the chance to learn all about his new size.

This is a very good story and you all should definitely read it.

Also please read Bothering Bowman, in which these wonderful authors said to themselves, “What if we took Lich of Sense and added Jacob (a version of him who’s never met a sprite before)?” and then wrote it and made it very very awesome.

And then while you’re at it read all the rest of the Brothers Apart multiverse stories, and also the Trust series, which is related in that the two series share a co-author (Neon). (The Trust series is not exactly a series in the traditional sense, but rather a collection of AUs which can be read in any order. But you may want to start with this one) They’re written by @neonthewrite and @creatorofuniverses. (I would also tell you to read Neon’s story all about Bowman and his adventures, but I think it’s not online atm, due to revisions and such so you’ll have to wait on that.)

And then while you’re reading the Trust series, you should also read @creatorofuniverses’s other stories that she wrote by herself which are also very awesome. I particularly reccommend Spirit of Adventure because it involves ghosts, gt, and detectives, all of which I enjoy.

Nope! Sorry~ All ace writers here.

There are people who do enjoy stories in that tag, so I tag them as such so they can find them, but as far as how we write, our g/t style is action/adventure. It’s similar to movies like Ferngully and The Borrowers.

I’ve always debated on using those tags or not, but I don’t mind if people read the fics, so whatever.

….The fudge is a cardstock? And Does Nate not like the borrowers?

These comments are great! @nightmarejasmine, cardstock is a type of paper. Nathan’s a teacher and Stan’s being the good bean and getting him his supplies.

Stan might have wanted to mention all this to Nate before bringing home a borrower!

Is there a story where Normal sized sam and dean meet bowman?

Cue a very upset sprite with two extra giant giants. Seriously guys!

There isn’t currently a story like this, but once again we’ve mused on it. There would be a lot of sprite curses, Dean glares, and Sam probably offers Bowman some beer and discovers what a lightweight the guy is.

Seriously, Dean, does this really look like a threat? *Shows Dean the sprite that can’t even fly straight anymore.*

It would be one of the most interesting ways to “trap” the sprite. Can’t stay in the air, can’t fly away. Even if he manages a good hop, his wings will be too wobbly to get him far and they can just bring him right back to the table.

Cue Bowman accusing Sam of trying to poison him and assuring them both that as soon as it wears off, he will bop them and then fly himself home. Because that’ll surely scare them off, Bowman.
