Rumsfeld would totally demand scritches and love from Jacob. Even if he can only use one finger to do it (and be very careful!), the pup has declared Jacob his scritcher.

Jacob will probably be pretty surprised to find a dog the size of a wee mousie around him, either guarding the junkyard or demanding love and attention.

Sadly, in canon, at the point of the story Bobby no longer has Rumsfeld watching his junkyard, so Rumsfeld won’t be around. (Though that doesn’t stop us from imagining him around!)

In the last poll, we had 3 first installments, and 1 continuation. In the next poll, we won’t be adding anything to give those stories a chance of gettting voted in, but after that you’ll see more continuation stories added than first installments. The next Brothers Lost story is all edited and ready for posting, so there won’t be any delay there.

Really, the only story I’m worried about dominating the polls and I’m trying to avoid it shouldering the others out is Brothers Found, because the horror story is quite a bit longer than anything else we’ve ever written. We want the other series’ to have a chance to get started before it steamrolls over us XD

(Plus BL is my fave and I want those dorks to shine)

( Figured I’d combine all of these into one post since they all go together, really )

You got it! The bad guy for #coth is none other than Logan Guthrie, the main antagonist of Fairy Tales: Bowman of Wellwood! For anyone who’s read that story, you’ll know that he’s pretty irrational when it comes to the sprites, and now… it’s time to find out exactly what would happen if we put him up against none other than Dean Winchester in a fight for the Wellwood forest.

As for

#coth, for each story excerpt we put up, the second tag on it is the acronym of the story name. For example, we have #trnt for all excerpts for The Road Not Taken. It makes it easy for me to organize a link for anyone to check out certain story excerpts, and it’s also a hint at the story names that might appear in the poll.

Which brings us to the last question! Normally, we’re not going to share the story name ahead of time, but today I’ll make an exception. I’m very proud of this name (we came a long way from the beginning when the names were ‘Family Ties’ and ‘Chasing Family’). Logan and Dean will be starring together in Clash of the Hunters!

Of course, you still don’t know which AU this will take place in 😉 There’s so many choices with a tall Dean and a small Sam.

XD If I posted every night, I wouldn’t be getting much sleep either, so you wouldn’t be alone. I can’t help but keep checking to see if people liked the chapter, and then there’s times like the other night where fanfiction wasn’t letting me on and I was stressing out over it. It’s probably a good thing I get my own cubicle to hide in at work and nurse my hot chocolate in the morning.

Thanks for the support! We love hearing from you!

@nightmares06:

Though I adore all the AUs, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I had a favorite. Brothers Lost is irresistible, from the fact that both brothers are tiny to the way Dean is a tiny rumpled innocent when it comes to drinking! It has new and fresh interactions and a ton of story ideas! Tiny Dean is my personal fave (though I do love tol Dean as well).

@neonthewrite:

I, too, have a favorite, though it’s a very close race. I think Brothers Found just barely wins out against Brothers Adopted for me. I love tiny Jacob, but tol Jacob is how he’s really meant to be. He’s such a gentle giant and he tries so hard to make sure little Sam is at ease around him (as I’m sure you’ll start to see as the chapters unfold in Chasing Family).

All we can say is there are future plans for this AU, so you’ll be hearing more from them! We can’t say anything further for risk of spoilers.

Sam and Dean would not forget a friend like that. How often do you find another person that stands on the same scale as Sammy?

Strictly speaking, they don’t. A few of the small communities might have beliefs of their own that they hold to, much like humans have many different religions, but there is no overarching mythos that they ascribe to.

This lack is tied into how they came to be, and that will be touched on in a future BA story 😉 The origin of the so-called borrowers will be revealed.

Thanks so much! Comments like this brighten MY day! : D

Technically, this story is taking place in the canon Supernatural world, so the little burrow wouldn’t exist. However, if anyone has any headcanons for them or ideas, feel free >w> I love coming up with things.

As for sheer immensity, it would be impossible for any interactions between such a difference unless a normal sized human played middleman. They’d have to choose between their love of freedom and their safety if it came down to the choice to leave the burrow behind.
