Cursed Dean was just a prompt. It was very fun to write, but since there’s no inspiration for the story, there’s nothing in the works for it. I even have the ideas for the AU’s name (Brothers Reversed, Brothers Flipped), but again, no inspiration means no story. Currently we have five separate AU’s that we are working on with multiple ideas each, and there hasn’t been as much time to flesh out any other ideas.
For anyone who wants to check out Cursed Dean, check out the links below. Of course, prompts are open for that story, so feel free to send in ideas, or if you want to write a story based on them, go for it!
Cursed Dean:
Jacob wasn’t quite as young as poor Sam was when he shrank. He was 14 years old and already on his way to being tall, even if he wasn’t quite as tall as the then-20-year-old Sam that found him. Sam decided to take care of the kid right away, even giving up his dollhouse bed without even being asked. He knew how much it helped him with coming to terms with his new size, and he wanted to help Jacob with that, too (I know, they’re all such sweeties and really it’s deadly cute). At the time of Brothers Adopted, it’s been 3 years since Jacob was cursed.
For a reference, here’s about what Jacob looked like back then (only with brown eyes):
Oh man. Smaug is such a little shit some days. I think, Sam would have to tame him first. Otherwise he’s a spaz that darts around and thinks he’s the big man on campus. He tries to beat up my husband’s hands all the time (See: here).
If Sam managed to tame him, he’d have a bird that’s one of the fastest fliers around. The little twerp spends his days divebombing me and Shawn and dodging around us so he doesn’t have to go back in his cage. That would be such a fun mount to ride. Dean would never be able to grab Sam again.
Well, nothing is impossible. I can promise you that this isn’t the last we see of the field littles and Walt, and of course it’s not the last we’ve seen of Bobby!
Though for Sam, Walt was disappointed that he showed no aptitude for tanning at all. On the other hand, wee little Sean is doing great at it.
We’re thrilled everyone is excited for the story! *bounces* A lot of hard, hard work has gone into it (and is still going into it as we edit it).
Well, I don’t have any plans in mind currently, but I’ve discussed it with a few friends before. All I’ve got is ideas I might never get around to writing, considering how thick in work and other stories I’m buried in! ( All ideas dreamed up with inotnedloh)
- Tiny Dean being Charlie’s wingman and pointing out the hot chicks from his pace on her shoulder. Also giving her advice on guys to avoid. And if any guys try and put an arm around her shoulder he’s ready to stab!
- Sam and Dean with someone out to get them posing as action figures in her collection. ( I’m gonna be honest, Brothers Lost is my new favorite thing )
- Tiny Charlie dancing with her action figures.

Tiny Charlie ficlet part 3
Oh, these brothers wouldn’t even know where to start if they switched places. Everything is suddenly small for Sam, and Dean won’t expect all the towering heights he’s surrounded with. They really aren’t prepared to walk in each other’s shoes, and Dean’s fear of heights would do him no favors. Sam won’t know his own strength at all, and he’s going to have an unnaturally fragile Dean around to watch out for.
Aw, that would be telling 😉
It’s completely up to you if you want to submit them together or separate. If you decide to do them separately, you would upload one to deviantart, and the other to either tumblr, archive of our own, or fanfiction.
Once it’s uploaded and ready to go, it’s best to send me a link to the entry through email, and I’ll either reblog it or post a link to it on the tumblr. And, if it’s a tumblr entry, just be sure to tag the blog in it.

It’s going to be part of one of the AU’s we already have under construction. This was actually a story we came up with not long after we finished writing A Lich of Sense, and right around when we realized there was no reason to stop writing stories together.
- Dean is big, so it’s not a part of Brothers Lost.
- Brothers Asunder hasn’t started yet, so it’s not a part of that series.
- Jacob is not (yet?) a part of Brothers Together. (Though he and Oscar would be so adorable. The tallest guy with the smolest smol)
Which AU it’s in will remain a secret, but it is actually the third story in that AU! And, it’s the longest, angstiest, most terrifying story we’ve ever come up with. It’s also in the middle of being edited, so it’s not ready for upload.
Remember, it’s going to be up to a vote which story comes after A Lich of Sense stops posting, so even we don’t know when it’ll post!
