The brothers did live in the flat at that time, completely unknown! Lucky for them, at that point in time, they did not make use of that side of the room often. Their home is between the kitchen and the fireplace, and both were in the passages close by. Dean hit the ground the second he heard the gun go off, dragging Sam down with him, and they army-crawled back to their home to take what little cover they had.

Since then they decided to remain in the flat and now make use of the smiley face as a lookout point to check on the humans, or as we’ve seen, a convenient perch to bait Sherlock from.

I definitely plan on it! I’ve just been flopped the last few days from work, and haven’t had the drive to do much at all… (aside from watch cutthroat kitchen), plus I have a bit of fun planned for the anniversary next week which took some time to setup.

If I ever haven’t gotten around to putting sneak peeks on the main page for them, I use a tag to track them all. If you go to that you can see what’s posted so far (and exactly what I haven’t posted yet XD)

Family Ties will be wrapping up 10/23, so it’s time for another vote! And this time, things will get crazy.

–To vote, send in an ask. Anonymous voting is allowed, but remember if any votes are spammed, anonymous asks won’t be counted. Voting will also be enabled on deviantart shortly.

The poll closes Friday, October 21st at 6pm est to give us time to prepare the story for posting. Be sure to get your vote in before then! Once it’s over, no votes will be accepted.

The only way to find out for sure which storyline each story is from is to vote it in and see!

–Special note: Brothers Consulted, the horror story and the giant Jacob story are not a part of this poll. All will come in time.

@rudebees Hi! Glad to see you interested in our story! 😀 

The story itself is not yet complete, and after that we’ll be working on editing it. For any new stories written, we actually run a poll when a story is about to wrap up on @brothersapart, helping us randomize what posts next so there’s no favoritism shown towards any of the separate storylines we have going.

Currently story excerpts are posting once a day for the story under #tsotf, and any information or announcements for the Sherlock/Supernatural crossover can be found under #brothers consulted. 

Once it starts posting, it will be found under my and @borrowedtimeandspace‘s Archive of Our Own accounts, under the series name Brothers Consulted.

Since most of the stories posted here are Supernatural stand alones, if you want me to send you a message when BC starts posting, send me a pm on my main account, @nightmares06, and I’ll mark you down for it. I’m just as excited as you are!

Ahhhh, we’re just as excited! It’s been so much fun plotting out a story with Sherlock Holmes and John Watson around for the ride (Protect John Watson 4ever, I just started watching the show).

@nightmares06 – I think the most fun part of BC has been the character dynamic between these four. Dean and Sherlock get off to such a great start, and John Watson is just the most cinnamon roll around. This group will be butting heads from the start, that’s for sure.

@borrowedtimeandspace – Giant John has always held a place in my heart. It was one of my favorite dynamics to read about when Sherlock gt was popular a few years ago. Being able to write not only him but giant Sherlock as well has been both nostalgic and an absolute joy, and Sam and Dean are fantastic characters to bounce these tol dorks off of.

Oh, sorry! I’ve even watched multiple Sherlock Holmes’ shows and movies, it just fled my mind on Sunday when I was taking care of the influx of guesses.

The crossover will be with Supernatural and BBC Sherlock!

Dean will certainly be upset about coffee, but he’s lucky that this Sherlock, at least, enjoys a good cup of coffee and not just tea and biscuits.

Hello! Borrowedtimeandspace here! John would definitely dote on the bitty bros any chance he gets. It might take him a while to graduate to Christmas sweater level, but he’d be more than willing to help make the brothers more comfortable any way he can!

We’re so glad to see you so interested in our stories!

For all stories written and edited, when we are in the last week of our current story posting ( Family Ties ), there will be a poll put up. It will list the titles of the stories ( not their AU names), and gives us a fun way to fairly randomize what posts next. The horror story with Jacob is the third story in the Brothers Found verse, so we won’t see that on the poll just yet, and Brothers Consulted is currently in progress of being written.

Fear not, they will be posted in the future!

XD That about sums up how it all begins. Tiny people exist? How is this possible, where did they come from, why are they in his flat, are they American?

Once the excerpts for the current story are finished, we’ll have story excerpts from Brothers Consulted, so stay tuned! >w> Meanwhile, I’m gonna go and watch the show because I am behind the times, and only started watching this weekend! I just finished the first episode of series 2. Hopefully I have time to watch more this week.
