The poll closes Friday, October 21st at 6pm est to give us time to prepare the story for posting. Be sure to get your vote in before then! Once it’s over, no votes will be accepted.

The only way to find out for sure which storyline each story is from is to vote it in and see!

–Special note: Brothers Consulted, the horror story and the giant Jacob story are not a part of this poll. All will come in time.

Lord, he would drive everyone up the wall.

Since there’s no way he’d risk being maimed for life, he’d stay put– but not the way they hoped. This Dean has a Jacob around, and he’ll be bossing Jacob around just as much. He won’t be sitting around, waiting for things to come to him!

Sam would be driven up a wall, Jacob would have Dean likely in his hands much of the time to A) keep him from getting up and stalking off and B) to let Dean feel included, and Bobby’s just rolling his eyes going idjits.

Of course we all know if Sam was the one hurt Dean would insist he stay put and out of sight, so he doesn’t get hurt more.

Don’t ever leave Dean alone with his cast at any size.

I’m pretty skittish, so I’d probably freeze right up if I saw them in my house. Dean would be dragging Sam out as fast as he can, ushering his little brother into the walls. I’m sure they’d have Jacob close by, so I’d have to keep an eye out for really tall lurkers wearing hoodies who are trying to be sneaky (Dean’s making him work on that).

That’s an easy one 😉

Jacob in Brothers Lost is eighteen years old, only a few months from turning nineteen. In both Brothers Found and Brothers Adopted, he’s seventeen, putting him shorter than Sam and Dean both. So, give him a little time, and Sam and Dean will both be looking up to him! (And Dean will be complaining all the way)

He just needs a little more time to get to his full height.

Sam would be so peeved. What bad luck.

In BA, Dean would arch an eyebrow at his little brother, make a quip to him about how clumsy he is or how his popcorn has a bit of surprise seasoning added to it, getting a bitchface in return, then he’d detatch Sam from the popcorn. He’d be more amused than anything, but wouldn’t joke around with Sam in his mouth. Since he’s been small for so long, Sam has an innate fear of being eaten, and Dean tries to avoid setting off those instincts (most of the time; there was that one time Sam got stuck in a cup of beer). Dean’s behaved himself since then.

On the other hand, Sam also hasn’t had such bad luck with food. Dean in BL isn’t so lucky, and did take a swan dive into a bowl of popcorn while watching a movie!

“Sorry, guys, I’m sorry,” Jacob answered, looking back at them. He moved his arm out from behind his head and settled his hand near them as added security. “Dean’s … in the popcorn, I gotta get him out,” he explained, a grin plastered on his face. It almost ached not to let his laughter out, but he didn’t want to send them tumbling as much as Dean had just done.

He reached up with his other hand, over to the popcorn bowl where Dean made valiant efforts to avoid falling further in. Before he could sink into the popcorn and become even more irate, Jacob’s fingers dove in after him and closed around his tiny waist. In no time at all, he fished the tiny, flailing hunter out of the popcorn.

Jacob was still grinning once Dean was free. “Didja find a good piece?”

Dean sent Jacob his most intimidating glare. Dangling from two thick fingers, with a kernel of popcorn still clutched to his chest, the effect was ruined. Dean gave a kick with his right leg, jostling a piece of popcorn that insisted on clinging to his jeans free. Despite the fact that the fingers sealed around his waist could snap him in half if Jacob misjudged his strength, Dean wasn’t afraid at all.

He was aggravated.

“At least my piece has more butter on it!” Dean snipped in annoyance, shifting the popcorn kernel to one arm so he could begrudgingly try and fix the spike in his hair. The combination of warm grease and butter flavoring was doing him no good, and his hair was matted to his head.

Chasing Family will be wrapping up 8/21, so it’s time for another vote!

XD Aww, that’s an adorable image! I can just imagine how scolded Jacob will be when he ‘bucks’ Dean off and the little guy goes tumbling. Sam will snicker at how offended Dean is that he only lasted ten seconds, clearly he’s going to need more practice. Dean will not forgive Sam if he stays on longer when it comes time for his turn.

Dean still loves those westerns, even all these years later.

XD Cute idea, but I doubt Jacob would want his friends that close to him while he’s so huge. He can barely see where they are, nevermind feel them climbing him. He’d be terrified of hurting the little guys.

And now we have three Deans bickering with each other about who’s world this is and all of them want to be in charge, especially the smol one.

Human sized Sam would just have no evens at any of this.

In the last poll, we had 3 first installments, and 1 continuation. In the next poll, we won’t be adding anything to give those stories a chance of gettting voted in, but after that you’ll see more continuation stories added than first installments. The next Brothers Lost story is all edited and ready for posting, so there won’t be any delay there.

Really, the only story I’m worried about dominating the polls and I’m trying to avoid it shouldering the others out is Brothers Found, because the horror story is quite a bit longer than anything else we’ve ever written. We want the other series’ to have a chance to get started before it steamrolls over us XD

(Plus BL is my fave and I want those dorks to shine)

@nightmares06:

Though I adore all the AUs, I’d be lying if I didn’t say I had a favorite. Brothers Lost is irresistible, from the fact that both brothers are tiny to the way Dean is a tiny rumpled innocent when it comes to drinking! It has new and fresh interactions and a ton of story ideas! Tiny Dean is my personal fave (though I do love tol Dean as well).

@neonthewrite:

I, too, have a favorite, though it’s a very close race. I think Brothers Found just barely wins out against Brothers Adopted for me. I love tiny Jacob, but tol Jacob is how he’s really meant to be. He’s such a gentle giant and he tries so hard to make sure little Sam is at ease around him (as I’m sure you’ll start to see as the chapters unfold in Chasing Family).
