They’d want to check him out, but they would go pretty easy on the guy. Unlike the Deans (holy shit is BT Dean going to give BA Dean hell when he gets back to the Lounge and he’s the tallest Dean in there– how many times did BA Dean keep him from drinking! Karma, bitch), the Sams are pretty easy going.

They’ll probably have some races, see if Oscar can keep up with them, in general keep their Deans fretting over the daredevil stunts they come up with, and have a good time all together.

BT Sam will have the most balanced diet growing up (even with Dean’s addiction to bacon cheeseburgers), making him the healthiest of them, especially in the beginning of the AUs, when Dean first rediscovers Sam.

Sam’s used to his clothing. He might be a little jealous over how BA Sam’s fits better, but he doesn’t mind his own clothes. It’s definitely good to have a little extra padding on a hunt.

Oh man. The regular Deans would be laying bets on which one can track the hidden pie down first.

Brothers Lost Dean has his ability and uses it, but he’s only driven to use it when he’s in need. It’s not something he has actively sought to hone (yet!).

Brothers Consulted Dean has just revealed to Sherlock Holmes, of all people, that he not only can track down shoelaces, he can find anything he puts his mind to. There’s a good chance that Sherlock will leap at that opportunity.

Brothers Saved Dean is going to grow up with Sam at his side. He’s not going to need to use it anywhere near as often, so it won’t be a skill he has trained for use until he realizes it’s real potential, setting him behind the others who grew up with the threat of starvation without it.

My money’s on BC Dean dominating.

He’s probably not sharing the pie, guys.

July 8th excerpt:

Jacob smirked at the sight of Sam’s slow waking. The sluggish movements and lack of much concern was a huge contrast to what Jacob had grown used to in the last few weeks. No one else sat still when he was so close, so he never really had much chance to see their various actions in miniature. Delicate little hands and arms (that he had to remind himself were actually just normal) moved about with so much dexterity that he’d miss it if he didn’t pay attention.

Then, he glanced back to Dean. One hand reached down and gently nudged at the quarter sticking out of Dean’s bag again. “You’ve got a lot to carry back and it’s a bit of a hike,” he pointed out. “You want me to get you there?”

Dean put his hand protectively over his duffel bag, giving the huge hand that hovered nearby a mistrustful look, wondering if Jacob was going to pluck the coin away. “It’s not as heavy as it looks…” he countered slowly.

Poor Mallory. BA Sam would want to give her a huge hug. It would sadden him so much to remember that the Walt in his world will never be able to have her back. He’d probably get a kick out of Dean’s nest. XD Dean gave up the dollhouse bed for Sam and never looked back, and now he just burrows down under all the fabric and blankets he can find.

The BLs might be jealous of Sam’s setup… he’s got all the awesome stuff.

Jacob would be entertained when the Sams discover they’re just as good at climbing and the contests slowly escalate to longer and more dangerous areas until both Deans put their foot down and say no more… and get ignored.

And then BA Dean becomes the next obstacle.
