Your littles are at 1:18 scale. Dean, Sam, and mini Stan are watching an adaptation of The Borrowers set at 1:14 scale. The original Borrowers book sets them at 1:12. It just amuses me how many scales are involved right now. (my younger sibs and I just watched that adaptation of The Borrowers tonight and the scale was mentioned in the special features. The books scale I worked out when I first read them, using the fact that Pod is 6″ tall.)

Scales are fun to play around with! Though I do prefer the smaller scales than the original Borrowers stories have. They’re a little big for me in those stories.

(BA smols are at a 1:19 scale)

Dean would be pretty amused to see Stan next to Pod. He’s so much teenier!

This one would be particularly useful against rats. No one likes a mouthful of electricity (though in their case the weird tingling in their whiskers might serve as a warning). Lets just hope it’s something they can actually turn off when they don’t need it though…

They’ll have to work on practicing once they realize they’re doing it on purpose, that’s for sure. They don’t want to accidentally be lighting up the room when they’re trying to sneak away with supplies!

I think, especially the younger kids, this is perfectly possible. Luckily, in normal cases they don’t build up enough static electricity to stick to the walls, but if someone’s power is static electricity… Someone might come home to find an annoying younger sibling sticking to the wall and glaring daggers.

If I was a little in the BA-verse, my knack might be to be extra stealthy. I accidentally sneak up on my friends all the time, even when I’m purposely making sound so they know I’m following them, so it’s hardly far-fetched to say that as an itty bitty little (and based on Neon’s notes about Oscar’s height if he were human… I’d be a bit shorter than him) I’d be pretty much impossible to hear coming.

It would be like wearing soundless shoes! Can’t even hear you in a path of dry leaves, your sneak is so high!

Super useful when you need to grab some food in the middle of the night, just don’t scare anyone!

What would your knack be? Let us know!

Did Dean pop over into a world of giants somehow? Poor guy, that would leave him without his added strength and Knack for finding stuff that he got when he shrank!

Nah, no giant world for this Dean. He is cursed for sure, though if his circumstances are bad enough he might not even know he has a knack. Plus what good is borrower strength in a cage? He doesn’t even have room to exercise!

But just imagine how dashing a giant Stan would make…
