Oscar wasn’t expecting a visit from his friends when there wasn’t a case to investigate, but here they are, and they brought food…

Dean and Sam never expected to hear from Oscar so soon, but mere months after they met the little guy the first time, he has news of a strange murder right in his own motel. Of course, the brothers must rush back to help figure out what’s going on before more victims are claimed.
What happens when a side character tests well with audiences their first time around? They come back. Such is the case with little Oz! Here’s to hoping he gets more yummy food for all his trouble.

Dean and his tiny brother Sam are having trouble solving a case involving several missing children. Little do they know, another tiny person like Sam has been keeping an eye on them, curious about the strange pair.
This story delves into what it must be like to be one of the throwaway side characters in any given episode of Supernatural.
This story won first place during the first Brothers Apart contest, and was Oscar’s first time in a story!
More Sawlie for @borrowedtimeandspace, because I felt like it. X3 Send me a prompt? I scribble during work.
A sleepy quiet had settled over the house. The middle-aged couple that lived there had gone out to dinner for the night, and wouldn’t be back until much later. Inside, the rooms were empty, dark now that the sun had set and filled only with the steady hum of various electronics and appliances.
Within the walls it was just as quiet. Charlie was in the small, makeshift kitchen in the small, makeshift house built inside the back wall of the hall closet. He was reorganizing things in the cabinets, mostly leftovers from dinner that could be saved for later. Frowning, he stood up on his tiptoes and tried to slide half a walnut onto the top shelf. He couldn’t quite reach.
@enby-phoenix of course I would. The kitchen is filled with little rooster figurines. Oscar… doesn’t like them. At all. (Sawyer finds this hilarious but would never let it show. Oscar grips his hand pretty tightly whenever they encounter one.)
Sawyer belongs to me, Oscar belongs to @neonthebright, the roosters are their own gods.

Oscar + hot chocolate + new sweater = happy smol
I love oz (srsly hes almost to cute)

Assuming he has someone he knows around to sort of buffer the whole experience, he’d be enchanted! Everything is so bright and vibrant and open out there, and the air moves so much more than in the stuffy walls of the motel. It wouldn’t even smell the same, with all the scents of flowers, trees, mud, and the like.
He doesn’t see many live plants at all normally. Chances are Oscar would be amazed even by a leaf or a blade of grass, gently feeling the texture or watching them move in the breeze. It’d be a charming experience for him, for sure.
Right? This nestling is far too thin and small for his age. That’s a problem. Who is in charge of the food around here, because this kid needs an extra serving.
Oscar would not argue about that at all.
