The next toss, his paper clip sailed upward, higher than Jacob had managed before. A quiet clink accompanied it landing atop the nightstand.
“Ha!” he said triumphantly. Despite his own weariness, he made it. He looked aside at Dean. “Did you see– oh,” he stopped, finally noticing that Dean had fallen asleep right there on the floor.

But don’t worry, Sam dosent mind sleeping with dean every once in a while. even if he was to tired to recognise the difference between a hand and his blanket, he knows dean’s got him.
When he turned to ask Dean what it was, he stiffened again. It took Stan a few blinks for it to sink in that Dean had fallen asleep.
A sense of uncertainty washed over Stan at this realization. Not only was he now unsupervised, but he was in a completely unknown place where anything could happen to him while Dean was sleeping.
Tucking his arms close, Dean let himself relax against the trunk of the tree. Now that he was away from the bustle of the small town they were staying in, too far off to hear the cars thunder down the street or any other sounds of humanity, all the exhaustion he’d staved off from the completion of their hunt the night before came rushing back, falling over Dean like a heavy blanket. His eyelids fluttered, trying to stay open to watch Stan in the forest, then closing again with some finality.
Dean slowly scanned the room around him, spotting his boots as he shoved off the edge of the handkerchief. “Didja sleep good Sammy…” he yawned into his arm. “Sam?”
Looking around, Dean realized something was missing.
There will probably be plenty of hotheaded Dean sass in Brothers Discovered!
I can’t speak for most of the story… so far we’ve only got the first night finished, and the most we got was sleepy-not-completely-coherent Dean sass, but he and John… they try but they never quite hit it off the way Sam and John do. And then there’s Stan getting thrown in, and he’ll add some spice of his own to the mix.

“Shh!” Sam hissed, glancing around furtively. “There… there’s a giant close by! I can hear him!”
Rubbing his forehead, Dean winced. “Oh, that.”
“That?! ” Sam exclaimed, his voice briefly going up. With a gasp he covered his mouth with both hands, eyes bright with fear. “What do you mean, that? ” he asked, his voice muffled.
