Oscar meant no harm, honest!
I’m sure we can all be glad that Oscar has someone to talk to, even if they only squeak back at him. The little guy needs his buddies to come back for him, and we definitely haven’t forgotten about him! Glad you enjoy the little updates on his life!
There actually will be a prank wars, it just hasn’t posted yet. It’s coming up in story 11, along with all the angst we could ask for!
It was hard to get the storyline far enough along for Sam to become casual enough to try and prank his giant brother, especially after having his arm broken and going through all that stress back in Taken, but we’ve reached that point 🙂
If you’ve got ideas for pranks, go for it! It’s always fun to read what everyone comes up with.
Oh geeze. I gotta get my idea-journal out to even attempt to answer this.
Let’s see… for stories we’ve written (keep in mind these might not be edited yet), we’ve got 27 completed, including short stories and what’s already posted. For ideas and possibilities, which is an ever-growing list that expands every time we get a new idea from everyone, we’re currently at 28 future plans. And some of those stories/plans grew all the way from one little prompt, like Brothers Asunder!
( I’m pretty sure 4 of the 27 are posted… Lich, Salt Lines, Chasing Family, Road Not Taken, I don’t think I missed any, lol. Which means we’ve got 23 left to post, and we’re slowly working our way through editing them )
Remember to always send in any ideas you get! (Unless you want to write them yourselves 😉 ) There’s no telling what we’ll come up with next to add to our growing tower of stories-to-write.
In the BA-verse, it’s very unlikely he’ll ever run into Jess. They had completely different paths in life this time. He’ll never get to know what he missed.
Well, Moth didn’t win this time around, but there’s always next time! I think you’ll enjoy it when you finally unlock what series it’s in, and that’ll be a matter of time!
Sam might only be a little over two inches tall, but he’s also a big kid, and Jacob’s gotta impress the big kid! He can’t make the other kid cry, or scare him, or make him feel nervous about how high he is…
*Sam gets a huge Jacob hug at the thought*
What Oscar becomes in the future will be all up to him, but he’s sure to want to watch after his Dean if he gets into any trouble. It isn’t likely he’ll ever stop being shy, since that’s an innate part of his nature, as much as Dean is stubborn and headstrong even when he’s not quite four inches tall, but there will be a definite effect on him from being around Dean, just like there was in BT when Oscar met Sam and Dean both.
For the rest, we’ll have to see what the future holds!
I thought about it, but we’ve actually come up with some really great names for them (hint: there’s a short story in the future name Calling John Bonham that I think everyone will love), so I think we’ll be doing that more than interludes now, including for BA.
What kills me is now I’m going to have to renumber things in my head because now Brothers Found will have the little short story as 2, and stuff like that. I have a very hard time changing things like that in my head. Guess I’ll just have to stop numbering things before they post XP

He’s never run into any, but I think he’d like them! They’re a lot like little mice with wings, and we all know how big of a fan Sam is of the mice he finds.
Aww. Poor Arthur.
I’m sure in Brothers Together, Dean and Arthur won’t hit it off right away. If Dean gets properly scolded, he’ll refrain from grabbing any of the smaller people around. Sam can’t lose his chance at getting to know any people his size!
Rumsfeld is such a troublemaker. Always giving Dean a heart attack.
